unfamilia, your problem is most likely the thermo fan. Because an S13 radiator is plenty big.
Extractors can't cause the engine to run cool.
thomen, is your engine running cool? I have always heard that a too big radiator will cause this. And if you have a 9 liter radiator when A12 stock is 4.5 liters, perhaps that is the problem. If your engine is running too cold, what do you have to lose by trying cardboard?
