I have had vibration problems recently on my 1200 ute and I took the tailshaft out to go and get the Unis replaced and was told that the unis had been welded in by the previous person that had replaced them and the only way to do it properly is to make a whole new shaft at a low price of $650.. Has anyone come across this problem before. Did all datsun tailshafts have pressed unis, or has anyone got a second hand sunny tailshaft which I might be able to get modified.
