All the L-series cars I've seen have replaceable U-joints. I've heard this about 1200 shafts (non-replaceable) from dimlight65, but I think the B210 shafts will work with A-series boxes and I'd bet those are replaceable. At least here in the USA, I'm pretty sure they are.
