The brightest white is actually known as tinter white cause it has not been tinted with anything. A lot of people confuse whites thinking oh i'll just get a can of white paint when actually there are so many variations of white because there are so many colours to tint it with. Tinter white is actually so bright you can hardly look at it but its cheap and you can just tint it yourself.
