To disable the EGR, just plug the little vacuum hose. For a cleaner look you can remove the valve and create a blocking plate, also remove the EGR Tube and block the hole.
A is for EGR
B is for the ECU (water temp sensor), you will have to relocate it should you remove the EGR Passage.
