Re: Lowering rear end of a 1200 coupe

Ive had reversed eye leaves in my coupe for 6 years now, it effectively lowered the rear end 2 inchs. I had an extra leaf put in to cop those heavy bumps as the springs were set nearly straight with only a slight perabola.

I originally had 2 inch lowering blocks, it looked ok but didnt perform that great. (compared to reverse eye).

Im in the process of making slightly longer rear slackles, as im lead to believe that the leave springs work at there best when they are parallel with the road surface (ie each end of the spring is the same distance from the road)
