* H72 is the first block which has "A14" cast above the fuel pump boss
* G34 is the second block (shared with the A15)
Both blocks were used in 80HP and 65HP engines. The head and camshaft was the key difference. See Block Comparison for more details.
H72 should be a casting mark rather than a stamped mark. Where do you see 28X23A01 ? Can you post a picture?
