Hi Tom, I don't know you well so take this for the fun that it's meant to be in.
Does the driver still have his appendix, gall bladder, or any other body part that's not necessary for driving? Maybe trim toe and finger nails? Shave excess hair? Shed excess clothing?
don't eat or drink before a race?
