Sorry about the cut A15, it may have been another 120A/Cherry owner. There are photos of it here on Datsun1200.com

1: Since the A15 is coming out of a Vanette C120, It's okay to use both manifold and the small top hat air cleaner that came Stock With the Vanette, right?
Yes

2: I was thinking about converting it to Electronic ignition, someone has a link for a Complete kit I can buy online to do this?
OK, stock Datsun/Nissan electronic ignition is more reliable that point ignition, but it won't add any power. Chinese brands may or may not be long-term reliable

Also thinking of a powerfilter
Some look quite good, just note it won't add any HP over what a brand new stock Nissan filter will do

a slightly larger exhaust than the original.
Stock exhaust pipe is 1-1/2 inch diameter. Next size up is 1-3/4 inch, which will be slightly more aggressive sounding. The muffler has the biggest effect on sound

3: Can I bolt the Stock 120Y / B210 1200 exhaust up to the A15, or do I need exhaust parts from the Vanette as well?
Yes, all exhaust manifolds bolt to A15 cylinder heads. The A15 manifolds are larger internally than A12 units though the same exterior size/port size

4: Finally; Can I reuse the 110.000 km radiator from the Vanette in the B210? Will it fit? Or do I have to buy a New one?
Unknown. 110000km is fairly low use, but what are its dimensions? 120Y can take large radiators, A14 power B210 was fitted with medium or large radiator, but 120Y uses small radiator

I think 120Y uses this dimensions
* Overall dimensions 465mm tall & 381mm wide including brackets. Tall dimension is to top of radiator cap.
* Core dimensions (width x height x thickness) 330 mm x 344 mm x 32 mm
* Bolt spacing: 368 mm wide x 251 mm high (~14.5" wide and 9-7/8" high)
• Inlet and outlet diameter: 1" (25.4 mm) I.D. (1-1/8" O.D. including nipple)

But 120Y can bolt-in wider radiators, including stock wide units. And there is enough space to fit inexpensive alloy (VERY LARGE) Pulsar N14/N15 units
