Yes, coupe, sedan, wagon and ute all use the same front bumper. The bumper stays (that bolt to the chassis) changed in late 1972 but I think you can swap the stays if needed
NZ changed to black bumpers at some point, and Japan changed to a different style bumper circa 1979, but i belive AUS kept using the original chrome bumper until the end
