Chinese knockoffs better to use second hand genuine bike carbs and CV vacuum type will be more forgiving, Just remember with CV carbs the idle and main air jet sizing is critical to good performance and driveability.

Many do not have replaceable idle air jets I use Yamaha Banshee quad idle jets for which I have the appropriate tap and then drill them to suit, The banshee runs fairly small idle jets and having modified and jetted many banshees I have many spare stock jets to modify and they will fit most CV carb air jet holes.
Then there is Emulsion tubes main jets pilot jets main air correctors needles etc to work with so more like jetting webers than Su type carbs springs are hit and miss as not listed as options and have to be sourced from other CV carbs but when dialed in work extremely well as a weber replacement.
Then again bike throttle bodies and a megasquirt will be always preferred for ultimate driveability and performance
