no. just remember that Datsun Z uses the larger spline like 1600, 180B, etc. B210 is smaller spline same as B110, 100A, F10, etc
That wheel is not aftermarket, it is genuine Datsun 240Z
This is the equivalent B210 factory steering wheel, from 1976-1978 B210, very common in USA (every coupe had this wheel)
