Whatever way you go it wont be cheap due to the labor required.
These days 700-900 aud could be the usual price for custom turbo
manifolds as that's what it costs for halve a custom v8 manifold.
If you can make it yourself you are looking at 50-100aud in flanges
and another 70-100 in cast iron pipe fittings. You can tack them
together then get someone to do it properly with a mig or tig.
Maybe 500 dollars right there that could leak over time if it
doesn't have proper supports in the design.
You could consider spending a little more and having some of the
CNC guys on here make you one from steel billet.
Cheapest of all is a J pipe or Banana section off a factory unit
it wont be ideal but it has worked for many others in the past.
