I believe they are substantially the same. I can't recall ever hearing about any differences. G34 is the revised A15 model code and H97 is a B310 1980-1982 model code. It denotes some change, but it may be minor
The "AT" and "MT" may be something that an eBay seller tacked on. On the other hand if Nissan sells them this way, then the AT version may not have a pilot bushing installed. Or something. Just guessing. Nissan "service parts" sometimes have a few letters at the end of the part number
