OK, Ive checked the official source. According to the Datsun Parts Catalog there are two part numbers
12200-G3400 CRANKSHAFT ASSY 12200-H9700 CRANKSHAFT ASSY
Both are for the same years. The G34 is for A15 MT applications and the H97 is for A15 AT applications. So AT or MT is not in the part number itself
The Catalog indicates that the crankshaft comes with two other parts: * 12200A PLUG-CRANKSHAFT OIL HOLE (quantity four, various part numbers) * 32202-18000 BUSHING-CRANKSHAFT these parts are the same A12, A13, A14, A15
now im wondering if they actually put a pilot bushing in all of them. It doesn't actually state that it comes with it, but the drawing shows an inclusion. But maybe that's the H97 vs G34 (with or without the bushing)? Hard to believe they'd be including one with the "Automatic Transmission" part
