Subject: 0 degrees on the cam cover means TDC, right?

I'm 90% sure that's right, but before I do anything stupid: if the timing mark is set at 0, that means cylinder 1 is at TDC.
I'm setting up a DIY spark controller with a ford EDIS spark module and I want to make sure I at least have the initial hardware correctly positioned.
