I ended up keeping a few parts which I have listed in the first post. For the chronically lazy though, here they are:
Struts - $40
LCAs - $20 pair
Both - $50 pair.
Interior light (may suit other models) - $15
Rear lights - $40 pair or $25 each.
Owner's manual, with folder and other books - $15.
Badges - $5 each.
