The amount of human trafficking in Japan is rife
specially phillipino women and children by Yakuza
as the Gov is involved they naturally look the other
way when these issues are brought up.
To export this no number car there are a number
of possibilities and one that I can think of is
As an overseas exhibition piece eg. a datsun deity,
mascot or sacred godly object for a religious group
like "The Church of Datsun" (only need 6 members requied)
is possible but you need 5 other locals to work.
In Soufrika Id be more inclined to get a Beach Buggy
Manx version or even a Ford Perana aka Porsche killer.

well you can start off with the sump and bellhousing
then in 10 years might have a complete car :)
If you end up in China you can get a copy made of almost
anything you like for about 10k usd.
