that's a desirable head from the L18 SSS engine. B Camshaft was used on all L20B engines in USA, so while not exactly rare it is still the best factory cam profile
L18 head (from the 610 SSS) has "peanut" closed combustion chamber and larger valves. There are lesser W53 castings though so it might be good to measure the ports and valves and show photos of the chambers
