Hi,
Thanks for the support. 
We have a daily remote backup with a pre database dump to sql, so we try to have every thing covered. But I'm glad everything is ok.
We went from a dedicated 8Gb ram server to a 2Gb virtual machine, I will try to find something in between ASAP.
