Chappies no need to get upset. This was Aussie programmes i was watching [property club and 60 min]and found it strange that they should have s/thing like that which places the burden on the citizens.[these are owners not people with loans] I suppose if you young you don't really care or it's like whatever.This is not politics as such but more about your finances and i can see why such a little is known because the law was only passed in 2017. i saw this on youtube ''australian proprty tax'' and by the group property club and '' Australian property scam-housing crash.''Check you may learn s/thing
