The top & down tubes were made from 0.037" wall ChroMolly tube against the standard 0.049" wall thickness tube.
To add some stiffness back into the frame it was pumped with about 120psi of Helium.
This model was an upgrade on the previous "Team" model & was called the "Team Helium".
The tubing for these two frame tubes was bought from Hawker DeHaviland at Bankstown airport, so yes, it's aircraft tube.
