Re: Great Wall cars

You should try a BT50 or Ford Ranger - segment leaders I say.

I've driven Amarok, Triton, Ranger/BT50 (same car). We don't have the Great Wall commerical vehicles, but do have the passenger cars - they are getting close to making a car that operates like a car but around 40 years behind the game at the moment (will probably only take them 5-10 years to be reasonable.)

Look at Hyundai and Kia, they now make cars you could consider normal. They can go around corners, go over bumps, are reliable and have reasonable interiors.

By the way I'd rate big 4WD commericals in this order
1. BT50/Ranger
2. Triton
3. Amarok
4. Hilux
5. Anything else

If I'd driven a Nissan I bet I'd rate it higher than Amarok at a guess, I might be a bit fussy but I was very surprised at the amount of understeer that thing can produce, but I'm told the Hilux is worse.

Mmmmm car rant....
