Supafatto, maybe try and post up wrecking exa ads on gumtree or exa forums and hopefully get some or most of your cash back mate.
and if not interested in engine, maybe sell off parts.rocker cover,manifolds etc
and No offence meant but ca22det is just a myth unless proven otherwise.
