A very low reading (10 - 30) sometimes means a stuck valve. If you get it un-stuck it may work perfectly well
On the other hand, since the two low-reading cylinders are next to each other, it's more likely to be a blown head gasket
Do an air-leak to test to confirm the problem -- without needing to disassemble the engine. Is air leaking out the manifold (stuck valve) or leaking out the radiator (blown gasket)? A blown gasket often can be fixed without any machining of the head. The tolerance of the A-series and of the twin-cam KA24DE are both at 4 thousands of an inch warp, anything less than that doesn't need the head re-machined. Just put a new gasket on it
