Subject: Datsun 1200 Sedan build !

hey everyone ,ive been realy busy with my latest projects and thought its time to put a build page up with some pics of my progress !

so far specs of the car will be

1972 sedan ,lady owner before me (hey wendy!!) one of the members from this site so im doing this for wendy too :D
worked a15 with twin 40mm carbs ,cam head work exhaust 12:1 comp ,alot of work to be short!
60a 4 speed for now (saving for a dogleg)
extreme clutch
factory aircon setup from a 1200 ute ! (gonna be the highlight of the car ! )
retrim where it needs it ,so probly just get the dash recovered and put all the old stuff back in cos it is all immaculate!
adjustable front coilovers ,shortened stanza struts ,camry inserts ,currently doing a 4pot brake setup for the front and disc setup for the rear
h165 diff ,locked with commo calipers
panhard bar ,adjustable
thinking about making some coilys for the rear and removing a leaf then doing 2 link/caltracs
hydro hand brake
stainless exhaust ,2inch with mandrel bends and a single resonator
half cage ,bolt in
bride race seats ,vios 3 with takata harness's
nardi wheel with billet removable boss ,and slim line boss to adapt it to the column
strut brace up front and nolothane bushes all round and adjustable camber tops in the front

thats pretty much what i want in the ways of mods ,ive already got my wheels ,theye are 13x7 and 13x7.5 SSR Longchamp xr4 with 165/55/r13 tyres

car has been bare metaled by me and primed by a mate ,ready for the panel work to commence! ,so far there are 3 little dents in the roof ,all have been fixed ,and both rear quarters need a skim of bog and a 50c peice size rust patch doing on them ,which isnt bad ,considering thats the only rust i can find
painted the inside of the car 2 pac white today "diamond white" so its a ford colour but looks realy nice ! engine bay tomorrow ( well today ) then paint it in the arvo cos we are blanking all the little holes off and only running heater hose holes ,everything else is going to be hidden !

now for the pics!
