It looks like the rear angle is resting on the risers. Very good

On the front though ... if your seats have rigid (iron) runners built in, no problem. But if not, its no good to mount like that with regular bolts, the threaded section may break under shear. With the stock rails, the weight is on the risers, not on the bolts. If you're not using rails, one way to do it is to fit flat bars across the seats (where the rails would normally go). Then all the weight will go down to the risers. You can still use your angle iron for locating
