Thanks dd, I stll think the l series stuff was more detailed with x member mod details and less part numbers. Could have been in a post but maybe not.

I don't know if anyone took the whole lot or not. Relations with the webmaster of the old site became somewhat strained after he mismanaged the site, and it went down for almost half a year. In it's absence a new (Supposed to be temporary) site was set up to help every one keep in touch. His (Then) partner (Now wife) went off the deep end and abused the guy who set up the site by email and MSN to the point where he had to block her. In the time that followed NZdatsun took over as the more dominant site. Glen and goergie have since sold up and moved to Aussie. It's kinda sad really. When I 1st met Glen he had an almost unrivaled passion for datsuns. But as time wore on he seemed to lose it.

I've used the Wynns Radiator stopleak product before, and found it works really well, it stays fluid so can never block up the cooling system, but can be flushed out once you can afford to fix it properly. It also works well as a preventative to seepage around hoses caused by antifreeze.

You've got to stop asking the same question over and over, or no one will help you.

I asked earlier if you had a workshop manual for the car - I also said that there is a workshop manual for a 1200 sedan that is available for download - it will show essentially the same rear drums as in a ute.

There are now about 400 content pages in the wiki.

There's quite a few club members have contributed to the wiki. Thanks to all of them, including:

* and more I cannot remember

We need more Australian perspective in there...
