im currently polishing a RB30 alloy rocker cover and for the most of it im gonna use an electric sander so my question is what type of sander is suitable is a random orbit sander ok and what paper range do i use (eg) 120 grit to 400 grit or what

yea i just want some balls from it my R30 is the tyre shredder

how and what would i use to polish my a12 rocker cover

what sort of power increase would i get from a set of extractors, a good exhaust
2 inch or so, a weber 32/36 carby, and a mild cam anyone got any idear
