depends if you have a F4W56A or a F4W60L gearbox as the 60L was designed to be put behind A14's and A15's and the ratios are different...

late A12 and A15 have the same mounting points on the engine...
However....
the brackets that attach to the engine are different...
B210 (120Y) ARE different from B310 (Sunny/210)
(learnt that when putting an engine out of a B310 into a B210)

I painted the bumper bars on my black 120Y Sedan farm hack body colour (flat black) and wish I hadn't... as the paint gets chipped

210/sunny it is a B310... well HLB310 actually
H midsize engine = A14 L = Left Hand Drive
B310 the chassis code for a Sunny/210
B310 is rear wheel drive 310 is front wheel drive
the B310 was sold as a "Sunny", 210, and 120Y/140Y and possibly a 150Y
here in Australia they are known a Datsun Sunny's

yes it's an early model B310
easiest way to update it's look is to get the all the font panels and lights grille and everything off a later model B310 - and would look better than quad light conversion on a roundlight sunny....

actually that model granada is the basis/inspiration for the XD ford falcon...
if the front indicators either side of the headlights look similar to the XD ones...
they are not just similar - they are the same ones - part number and all!
that car is off the planet - but in a good way!

actually DDgonzal B210's have two tranny tunnels - early and Late
it's easier to get nice seats for an early than a Late model B210/120Y as the inner seat rails and mounting points on the bodyshell are higher on the late models
I learnt this as I have just rebodied a March '77 120Y into a July '74 and found the seats needed altering to fit...

I know 120Y/B210's have auto and manual tranny tunnels...
what about B310's?
I know where therer are 2 two sunnies plan is to stick a 253/308 and Aussie 4 speed(V8 for the non aussies out there) in one and keep the other A powered
the Thing is do Sunnies have manual/auto tunnels or one for both?
