I haven't moved a master cylinder to internal but remote boosters are common and not that hard to fit internally. Had boosters fitted internal in the 2 mini's I once owned. I got them from PBR. I cant rember what the part# was though. It was somthing 45. You'll can find them on old XM/XP Falcon Deluxe. As for moving the cylinders, I suppose anything is possible.

Stick with Ferodo, Girlock, PBR or most generic brands in a compersite style pad. I doubt if your Datsun is stock that you would get the ceramic pads hot enough to work. I had them in a warm commadore and when they were cold my brakes were almost non-existant. It took a few klicks before they worked.

Get the inner bearings and joints checked. Take out the shafts and move the car see if the noise is still there if it is then the hubs may be the scource. If it goes away it is the output bearings on the transaxle or the inner joints. I have com accross this before and it is frustrating because people don't want to go looking they just want to take your money. That is why I proberbly whent out of business. I only charged for what I fixed not for look at the whole thing.

I wen't to our local tyre guy out here in hillbilly land and asked for a price and avail on some 215/50-17 Michies and to my suprise he asked what colour my Aurion was. I hadn't been there before so I asked him how he knew I owned an Aurion. He said "Tyre size" A tyre guy that acctually knows his stuff!! Nah couldn't be!!

My original motor needs a make over. I was going to fit a post 74 motor. Am I going to be able to do this without any permanent changes to my car? I will be refitting my original motor so as to keep all the numbers right. What do i need to look out for in the way of parts and tricks of the trade?
