Ok you are just not going to believe this!
This weekend I finally got to bring my 1200 coupe home This is the first time since Easter that I have driven it. It stared of Ok a few little hitches with a heater hose, a tacho not working and a speedo that is reading about 10mph to fast. I had to drive the frog about 500klms (Toowoomba- Roma). Now the creapy bit. Going good all things as expected, just outside Chinchilla a grid crosses the road, I hit this at about 100kph and the motor just stoped like it ran out of fuel or I lost ignition! I look around, can't find anything out of place and after a few minutes it restarted just fine. I thought "that was strange and left it at that. Then it did it again just past Roma I hit a big bump and, out goes the fire. Try and restart, cranks over just fine but no fire, let it sit a couple of minutes and away she goes. I must mention these bumps were big enough to bottom out my front suspension that is not well, It actually ruptured the D/S insert. So OK What the is going on with my car! I can't find any problems. Been driving for 30 years and working on cars even longer! It has me really beat! Have any of you came across this before?

Watsons are good but Dean tighe better! I have been rebuilding motors for 30years and Tighe's have never let me down with any component work I have had them do.

I have the throw out bearing carrier and bearing (SKF pn VKC3500) but no clutch fork (Sorry cut it up!) out of a B110 Coupe 4sp. I had a look in Wiki and it reads to me that it will fit as the boxs are an in out swap. It made no mention of substitutions or modifications. You are welcome to it if you are sure it will fit and you want to pay postage from OZ to US. ECI Parcel A$60. Send PM with address if you want it.

What are my chances of anyone out there having a spare rear bumper for 73 coupe in 5 star condition ,new would be even better! and are willing to part with it for reasonable monetary consideration! My location S/W Qld.
