I didn't want to machine the pulley down because it has a large circlip on the front. I am just going to buy a new single pulley or if I don't get done straight away I will just use this one. I am happy to post this balancer at my cost if anyone is interested
The balancer is perfect for anyone running a skinny radiator or stock ca harmonic balancer. Yeh I am looking for a single pulley or double. Looks like only option is a Ross performance one...
Which rear wheel!? The chrome one? It's 17 inch, I have a full set for sale if anyone is Keen. They fit stock 1200 fairly well with a front guard mod and footwell mod
I am using etch primer for bare metal, UPOL 2k primer over the top, tiger seal seam sealer for joints, then anothe light blow over with 2k primer, then Gravitex stone guard for a bit of sound deadener/texture coat and then wattyl colorthane 2k gloss black over the top.
I wanted a nice textured finish underneath and a solid paint that will be able to be cleaned easily and deter solvents etc.
I like por15 except the application process and the price for a small amount is crazy :(
