don't forget that tube diameter is relative to roll. thickness of the tube is usually matched to the vehicle(ie- sprung weight, weight split)its like a giant swaybar/torsion bar.
mx5 diff would be easy to mount. early ones are easy to get and all imports had lsd( only aussie 1800's had lsd) usually cheap too because mx5 guy like to update to later model torsens(nb series).
what size early camshaft are you after?

should be great. never seen a de dion with leaves. for my honda i have an r160 with inboard discs custom tube and early passat hubs and uprights. i'm thinking of changing to an early rav 4 diff (easy to adapt and mount, and 2 door has a torsen)and has cv's. have you worked out a camber angle yet? are you looking for an alloy centre for weight? diff will be sprung weight not unsprung.moving the brakes inboard saves unsprung weight. cant wait to see it fitted.

bush is still available(bought one about 3 months ago). pretty sure number supercedes to the later one that fits both(please correct me if i'm wrong).
i've found best if you talk to the oldest guy there (make conversation about other stuff)they will search down the obscure part number, knowing that while they're looking up the old parts, the young(usually unknowledgable), impatient, seemingly self important guy is getting frustrated looking up badge part numbers for the nearest panel shop.

carps,
real GTR's(kpgc110) are extremely expensive. last time i was in japan i was looking at one that sold for over 250kAU . if you really want one i can point you in the right direction(pm me). japanese don't really like these cars to go offshore. 110's are the rarest GTR with only 198 made before they were banned before they hit the track in in a supercar/oil crisis frenzy(sound familia??).
they look and sound awesome. parts are stupid expensive (rocker covers usually go for around $4000). a replica can be had for 1/5th of the price and replica parts aren't to hard to source.
