Sunsmith-
What do you mean fuel sensor is gone? Have you removed it and checked the variable resistor?

Obviously e_pirate1337 has first dibbs. I respectfully request 2nd dibbs, if he decides not to take up your offer for the tach.

e_pirate1337: I think you will be hard-pressed to find a stock B210 tacho; however, I have seen one or two on eBay in the past few years-you will just have to keep looking. Another option, for about 30 bucks is to install an aftermarket 2 ⅝

Woody-
I've got the manual. I am out of town right now, but when I get back ( around Feb 14th) I can scan it in .pdf and send to you.
Just PM me with the email you want it sent to.

It depends on what type of 5 sp you have.

The 60 Series are an 18 spline.
The 63 Series are a 24 spline.
I do not have info on the 56 series; however, I assume it is an 18 spline.

Once you identify your transmission, you should easily be able to procure the appropriate clutch kit, (throw-out bearing, bushing, clutch cover/plate and clutch alignment tool).

Most aftermarket electrical fuels pumps will come with everything you need for install. i.e. wire, mounting bracket, some even come with a fuel filter, and additional directions for wiring it into your oil pressure switch for emergency shutoff.
Assuming you are running a stock Hitachi carb or Webber 32/36, you should not require a pump that puts out more than 4psi. 3 to 3.5psi is probably ideal.

You might need:
1. Additional wire
2. Additional lengths of flexible fuel line
3. In-line fuel regulator
4. A new grounding location

You will obviously need to get or fabricate a plate to cover the hole left from the mech fuel pump.

If you are running some type of dual carb setup or fuel injection; I will leave that to someone else.

Mike-
Many thanks.
I pulled out my txmsn and will pull the rear housing off in the nxt day or two. It seems pretty simple and straight forward (famous last words before a botch job, I know )

I will post pics in the Wiki FS5W60A
Transmission sec -with David's much needed assistance I hope.
In the meanwhile, my F4W60A serves me well.
-Eric
