Hi Guys, does anyone have a GOOD contact for radiator work? it seems the rebuilding of old radiators might be a dying art, the mod of choice on a 1000 is to bung a triple core in, then it is good for whatever A series you can stuff into it, just been doing a bit of a hunt, and some of the quotes to recore are crazy,$495, $510, $550, and $650 for aluminium, I'm in Perth, but at this rate, it could be worth post...

even the Ceramic Garrets are ok to about 11psi, they get a bit sad over that, so you steel wheel ones should be fine, best just to grab a 12 flywheel, take a look at what you can find, they do vary a lot with weight, hunt for a 1200 box, the flywheel will fit in, the 1000 box needs a modded flywheel to fit in other than the b10 one....
