The Below image is not peeled off or anything just water is lying on the car ,when it is wet it looks shiny , when it is dry it looks horrid, i have not cut and polished them , will cut and polish sort out this issue or do i need to repaint it ,i put 2 coats of 2K clear

It seems no orange peel on my paint ,I used 1K base and 2K Clear, 2 Coats of base and 2 coats of clear on it

Hi guys

i did my b210 paint job done 4 weeks ago , my paint doesn't look glossy and also very rough to
the hand not i think do i have to cut and polish work ? to make it smooth and glossy ? and also can i do it myself if so what type of compound and polish should be used ?
