1000 ute project for sale

This would make a good project or good parts. I bought this a year ago and thought about putting it back together. But as most of you know im very busy with my coupe and its turned out a much bigger project than first thought.

This ute has had a bit of effort on it already. Unfortunatly some of the work needs to be redone and some parts are missing. There is heaps of parts and to be honest I have not pulled them all out and had a good look. I would like to sell as a package but if I have no luck I will part it out.

Good Things
New wheels and tyres (tyres are new but have been sitting for while)
Seats have been trimmed (no rails)
New grill and surrounds
coupe dash
Good panels
Comes with original a10 and box

Bad Things
front apron missing
front bumper missing
front screen missing
steering wheel missing
some trim missing
floor have been repaired but repairs are of poor quality, they need to be dressed or redone
front left guard has been replaced with a white guard that has a little rust.

Please dont hang #OOPS#, like some other blokes that have sold non-datsuns on this sit. My coupe is almost painted and I will be on the home stretch. Im selling my run-a-bout to raise some funds.

If not, does anybody know where to but one? I remember a few threads on this before, I searched them and couldn't find an answer.

maybe you should get a 1600 or even better a mazda 1000 ute. They are a full chasis. Im sure you can put a 12a in no worries.

The roof had crows feet, took it back to bare metal and then put etch primer on.




I took both guards off, replaced one due to rust. Welded up antenna and mirrior holes. Painted the inside black and all the surfaces that marry to the body in colur then bolted back on. I dont know if this is the correct way but worked well.

I found little rust holes all the way along the passenger floor where it meets the sill. Found a big hole inside the channel that the seats bolts to.

His name is Matt, dnt think he is working as a welder up there. He is good though. Heaps happy with what we got done and the way it turned out. I had more rust, more pics on the way.
