whats bad about that aiden? i did myne exactly the same, grind then chisel old ones, till they break off, then slide new bearing on, and hit down with a bit of pipe that is the right diameter...
it works, i did myne just like that worked perfect !

ohh nice, thats a cool looking ride. and galv pannels aye, datsun need to learn from that ahhha.
luke did you bog the sil pannels? coz i found like 7-8mm constant bog ahah hiding huge holes.
ow well, can be fixed easily enough

made a fair bit of progress over the past 3 days.
for those interested this priject will be moving pretty quickly over the next few months...
any way, i pulled the motor out, and bagan removing rusty sill pannels,
here are the pics:

ok well, last weekend we drove to ballarat to pick up the 1000 4 door, rust wise the body is clean, its had a cheap sprayjob and is a perfect start for a cruizer.
no major plans, just a clean factory resto, a venetian, white walls and lower it bout 2 inch... leave the 1 litre in it, with the factory auto

truth is, id love a set too haha.
iv been looking for about 2 years, checking trading post and ebay fortnightly...
i have seen one set, they were 15x4 front and 15x4.5 rear. way to skinny, they were all front rims that he purchased from Centerline. and ended up selling for about $2200.
i no that Centerline will custom order for you, just look on the website, andy size stud pattern or width.
anout $700 a rim i think?
