Hey there

When you lower a 120y or 1200, so they sit nice, you will discover that the top of the strut tube, (the bit were the shocky slides into), will bottom out on the top hat, (the rubber mount with the 3 bolts in). This happens under cornering and bumps in our lovey well maintained roads. To solve this problem i shortened the strut tube so that you gain the standard amount of travel. When im shortening the struts i also fit coilover, so that they're the ultimate package. I use kevs brake up grades as well, and yes they do fit under a 13in wheel. Im able to use what ever shocky you need. I normaly use pedder sports, on the buget builds and able you to fit slotted and crossed rotors if you wish. Depending on a few different options the starting price is $1400 if provide the struts.

All 1200 front ends are the same. And as far as i know they all have the same wheel base. Yes they are a 4 stud pattern and so far im not able to make then into a 5 stud. I used the standed master cylinder i my car and it worked great. It gives u a firm peddle. U can run a boster if u wish.

The biggest brakes ive fitted so far and fit straight onto my bracket are, s13 SA20 TURBO brakes and rotors. They only under a 15in rims or bigger. There getting hard to get hold of and they want good money 4 them. The kits i normal make up cost $1250 that if u provied the struts. That every thing, brakes, new shockes, wheel bearing, springs, and coilovers.

Im currently making coilover kits and break up grages for 1200 coupe and 120y struts. Im using shorter inserts so that the shochies dont bottom out over bumps, and breakes are off 180sx. These breakes will fit under a 13in wheel. The ride hight is fully adjustable and if you riquire them, i can make up adjustable camber tops and caster rods. I live in Ipswich. West briss area QLD. I use 120y or 1200 coupe struts and make a coil over to suit. I shorten the tube lenght of the strut by 60mm so u back your oringal travel distance and the the strutt will not bottom out over bumps. I also do disk break up greades using 180sx breakes. I make up a new bracket to hold the larger caliper. No welding required all bolts up. If interisted PM me.

If you guys are interested i do coil over set for the 1200. When you buy shorter springs u will find that the strut will bottom out on the top bearing. When i build the coil overs i shorten the shocky tube, allow more travel and NO bottoming out. I also do break up grades using 180 discs and calpers. I either use Datsun 1200 coupe or 120y struts in witch I fit 180/ Silver dices and calipers. With the coil-overs I take 60 mm out of the length of the strut tubes and put a shorter insert in. I do this so that u get more travel and the struts will not bottom out. The threaded tube is adapted and 60mm in diameter springs are used.

I also can get the wiring done
New 8mm bent to shape Bundy tube
Borg/arwger diff shortened and re-splined
I can do rust repairs and full car re-sprays
Ally and stainless welding Fuel tanks, over flow bottles, intercool plumbing
And most other things needed to do a complete conversions
