i have been goin threw the garage and decided to get rid of a few spares left over.

1x 1200 ute diff... good condition... missing axel out of diff... but have 2 spare axels 2 go with... $100

1x 1200 side vent... painted silver $20 good condition

1x a14 oval port head inlet manifold $30 good condition

2x 1200 doors. straight but have rust in bottom corners... have windows and door lock assemblies in them still. $50 for a pair

1x sun visor... good condition... no rust... just needs paint. $60

2x demister vents for behind dash $10

2x front struts and lower control arms and drum brake assemblies (together ready to be bolted in... shoes 75% left $75

2x stanza girlock calipers... reconed and used for 6 months, pads 80% left $100

1x ash tray assembly from 84 1200... suits most models $20

1x chrome grill, came from a 76 model good condition $50

up for sale is my very loved 84 1200 ute.. body isnt very good... fair bit of rust (repairable) but the motor is where all the $$ is. I am a mechanic, i just rebuilt it. here is a list of things done:

rehoned a12 block and decked

a14/a15 H891 oval port head - japanese double valve springs (rated to 10,000rpm), port and polished and shaved and new larger valves by CF Performance.

Twin DHLA 40 Dellortos on a redline port matched and polished manifold with redline soft mount kit. and 4 uni filters and ram tubes. dyno tuned by cf performance

recurved distributor, new points, msd blaster 2 coil, new leads, plugs, rotor, MSD ballist resistor.

very large 140 grind cam (new), new lifters

New flat top pistons, rings, bearings, reground crank and balanced crank. new gaskets and seals

Extractors, 2 inch exhaust into a muffler and a 2.5 inch chrome dump pipe (muffler king)

flywheel is stock. has a old 4 speed box

new startermotor

Racer Fuel pump (8psi) (needs relocating to under tray... it is cuttently mounted on firewall but drains back and stops pumping fuel)

has 4 new tyres on 13 inch globe wheels (175/70 R13 i think)

standard diff

standard clutch

front disc brakes and low king springs ( around 2 inch drop )

2 inch blockes in rear.near new gas shocks

new black carpet, black and silver cope dash (with tacho), recovered seats in moroon and white, no head rests, black custom kick panals with datsun emblem in them, black door cards. pioneer dvd player, kicker splits, mpx audio 6x9's in boxes behind seats and mpx audio 4 chanel amp. (amp is optional...$300 added 2 sale price)

the ute is very quick for a 1.2L (runs in the 15s currently 1/4 mile)

perfect p plate car. currently rego'd for 3 more months. does not come with rw... no time and no licence at the moment.

has been nudged in the rear. all windows good. needs new rubbers (doesnt leak but).

it is white

so if ur after an awesome engine with under 5000ks on it and a half descent body this is the car for you. its is a major street sleeper except the exhaust is loud (needs a resonator)

oil and filter changed every 2000ks since rebuild. new coolent.

fair few spares if interested to go with the car.

selling car due to no licence any more and need the money for new project.

$4500 ono... road worthy will be ur responsability but arrangements can be made for it to remain registered untill that date.

update on my 1200... got tuned extractors to a 2inch exhaust to a muffler... its way 2 loud so im going 2 have 2 put a hot dog on her. she has twin dellorto's dhla 40's on a redline manifold. got double valve springs in her now but it keeps blowing the fuse in the voltage regulator at around 7000 rpm so that's annoying. oh the cams a 140 grind. all i gotta do now is get the head ported and polished fairly large to accommodate for the cam's high reving power.

just put a 45 thou lift race cam in it... it starts to get power at 3000rpm... then she HOOKS! omg now to get the exhaust system done and put the 32/36 weber on her... and shes better than a gx engine now!

illegal in queensland... but what copper knows there on... they would have 2 take ur wheel off 2 see them. i got mine roadworthied with crap rims and put my good ones on after.

Hey, i just rebuilt my engine and my mate helped me remove it. he pulled all the wiring off and i have no idea where most of it goes. does any one have a wiring diagram for the engine wiring. its for a 84 datsun 1200 ute... B120. Help would be GREATLY appreciated.
