can i use a a10 head on my a12. stock for the mean time but soon to run headers and a single sidedraft.
i blew mine and need one asap and have found a a10 one.

hey guys
does anyone have any pictures or a walk through or how to shorten struts? read up on it a bit here but dont ant anything to go wrong.
i will be using
- 1200 coupe struts
- rear bluebird springs
- what ever shocks you guys say will work.

im after the return spring in a 73 1200 coupe (incase some are different) ASAP!
the last piece i need for my manual conversion! all the rest of the work it done so help a brother out!
or a least does any one know where to by one?

the car
Stock 1200 coupe, a12 with 3 speed auto.
the problem,
- flat spots at around 1000rpm, sometimes higher
- no low end power
- stalls when trying to pull off, even after it has been running about the town. I put it into drive, the rev's drop from neutral to the "threshold." i accelerate, revs increases slightly, then t stalls.
fairly recent problem. it is tuned correctly, unless it needs different settings to a manual.
it has been a cooler down her in tas, but the cars temp gauge is no different.
anything i need to check for, replace, deal with to fix this problem. will a manual swap solve all my problems?
