hi bert, i have a coupe with an a13 in it, i will be 0-1300cc unregistered and my mate has a blue 1000 coupe in 1300-1600cc unregistered. will be hoping for resonable debut out there but see what happens, hope to catch up, cheers scott

hi all, i just bought some a13 engines in from the states , i have an a13 (for class reasons) with twin 40's elec ign(+ all the fruit ,apparently) and a good set of pipes. is 104.5hp atw ,good hp or have i been duded(not game to tell what it owes me)? im happy ish with that but bang for buck im not sure. please give me some light.

i have had an engine on the dyno this week and we played with this issue. we run one each into a catch caun with a 3mm breather hole, run it up then took the cap off (that was now 20mm) and picked up nearly 2hp atw. i think these little babies need to breath.

thanks tom. i will investigate soon. also what is good hp atw for a a12 or a14, or does a hp tread already exist?
