datsun sunny, 1979 b310
pretty much straight and original condition, still original paint, has really only very minor rust nuthin structural anywhere.
a12 runs, interior is mostly reupholstred in orange and purple newly done never used since.
job is half done as i have too many projects and need to lose 1.
i have all the parts they are either already fitted or supplied with the car, ie seats are in the car and 1 door trim as well as reupholstered roof linin. the other door trims are there, complete dash with redone dash pad all the other bits required.
it is auto but comes with 2x 4 speed box,,,pedal box with clutch,,,clutch. plus many spares, springs,,inlet manifold, rims and tyres, front and rear screen, lotsa other bits.
best option is if u interested message me i will take a tonne of pics and mail em to you so u can make an offer.

i have to agree with some early post chuck the ugly plastic thing in the bin and use all the time you've spent trying to come up with a plan then the cash u gonna spend implementing the plan making a decent better fitting box to fit where u want it.

a bit more, having said that there is definatly a point where it would be too big, runnin to cold it not great option engines need to reach operatin temp for sure and it is said by many that operatin at the top of temp range for engine is more fuel efficient not overheating though ofcourse.

i'm no expert and there is probably some scientific method of working this out, but i have been runnin a radiator from a corolla in my 1200 for quite awhile it works great and is a good 150mm wider and just a little taller than the standard 1

the cams manual is available at their site online, it has all the details and some pics of approved cages to make it easier to understand

i tossed around the concept of fibreglass body for quite awhile, to racein the class i need a car weight over 780kg as a sunny starts at 610 and i will be removing lots of interior and trim and steel, i am not sure the rollcage and new chassis will be enough to get a glass body over that and besides i think if it came to it i would rather roll over in a steel shell..
