Is that the sr20ve one in your sig?, if so pics of bay please :). Looks neat with the flares, always wanted to see a sedan with flare's, although I'd never do it to my red one, my parts car I was thinking to paint it camo with flares tho :), I think it will either end up being sold with my a12 once I do the l20b conversion or kept as a track car.

Have had it happen in old cars, not my 1200 tho, I think I purchased mine from new old car company on ebay, could possibly be the same crap tho.

I have one thats mild steel flanges with stainless tube, pretty well made with smooth joins etc.

I had trouble hocking off my 15's for $600, they were the two piece ones aswell, but +34 offset does not help

do you have flares?, if you don't they will not fit under the guards, with no offset listed they could be right out the guards, or rubbing your struts/leafs.

Either way 17's are gay on a 1200

Yes, but keep in mind your block height will be higher, so any cooler piping will have to have some leeway for that.

If you are making it straight to the carb without a cooler, it should be fine, providing the manifold you have will line up on the other head, i.e later bolt pattern. This is easily identified by each set of 2 ports having either 1 or 2 bolts.
