Yea its work ok but im hearing a whistle sound coming out of the cabby before i got the timing set now its set and still whistling but its running fine any idea whats that?

What could cause the caburettor to not lean out i didnt touch any jets but noe its running a bit rich

Any idea what Speedometer cable i can get to fit my 60 series 4speed? Will the original 1200 one work?

I think i mest with the little threded part that adjustes the secondary throat where does it need to be set completly close or just a little oped?

Okay thanks for the info.Since im now gettin smooth transition and instant acceleration due to the timing in the engine was out bad. I've adjusted the caburettor to best lean idle its responding great.i get it to idle at around 950 rpm its sounding fast the idle speed is not touching its still sounding fast,is it normal with Weber carb or i can get it lower?

Thanks for your good info there DD i really presume its to lean atm.Apart from that cabby,the timing in the engine was wayyy off about a inch from 0 on timing cover when i put a timing light on it so i just bring it back to 7 degrees.Now the A15 is best !!!

Okay so i got back my alternator put it up and got it running.checked the charging rates an it was spot on but still not charging.Ran to the wreckers and picked up a used regulator box and hooked it up now every thing is running perfect so i just wanted to let you know what was the end result,a bad regulator box...
