Heads can generally be welded and repaired at a reasonable price. Take it to a place where they do heads and they should tell you what condition it is in and how much to repair.As for a carby, as Chris said get a 32/36 have it rebuilt and jetted,adapters are reasonably priced. I have run a few of these and found them to be a good reliable carby.
