Harmonic balancer's jump back and foward to balance the engine. If your timing mark is on the balancer it wont be stable at all.

2000 tho if you were in sydney bit less where you are. Interior and engine condion hardly affects prices unless there is none of either. If its straight and rust free( the rust you mentioned is minor compared to most) i recon its worth around 1500.

Probly spent more than that on it....i have seen more attention to detail in other conversion than this. Its only worth what people pay for it.
