cost
don't forge pistons cost abit (1000+)??? yer thought the would muck up the valve train. can you buy shorter rods?? are they cheaper

I think the extra weight would make a bigger differance to handlingrather than straight line performance.

yep a turbo. any ideas how thick i am aiming for around 7.5-8:1 comp. yep its gunna be big boost.

Thinking of a cheaper way to get lower compresion in an a12 rather than buying forged pistons. if i use a decompresion plate will it affect the valves??? an how strong are the standard pistons? i have heard they are a bit weak. thanks guys
