Hi mate, I noticed your chrome surrounds for taillights, been searching for ages for these! Do all 120s in your country have the chrome on chrome look? Most others have grey plastic with stainless/ chrome look insert.

As said before the three lower brackets ( flat steel with hole and plastic grommets in them ) only stablise lower section. All screw points are at top as you've found. Just check the grill around the headlight isn't catching on lights or guard edges
From where your up to- lean grill forward say 20degrees and pull up

be carefull where you spend the money on the motor. Id ask your engineer first what is possible, then decide when you can do it.
Most states wont let you change internals that mess with emissions stuff along with turbos etc.
As far as your question do you mean getting the whole car re done or just the motor approved?

Had meeting with engineer last night and discussed all current/future mods. Glad to say everything is good to go. Only thing I can't get through is guard mirrors. But consider the amount of items that all have cleared im stoked! Coil overs, entire front/ rear suspension, track, brakes, wheels ,diff ,all on the happy list. With some work I can even look at aftermarket computer and throttle bodies.
Started to strip it all down again. Goes to father in laws soon for body prep and primer. Painting mid march.

Radiator is one similar to one used on 1600 sr conversions through datsport . I ordered mine without top plate so I could get it to fit snug. To gain some space cut back rad support from where it starts to taper in. Also you can machine off the smallest hub (for power steering) on balancer, that'll free up some forward space.
Glad to see there some love for poor old 120y's :)
